We all lead such busy lives these days that it seems like stress has become inevitable. Some people complain that the rise of technology has made us all the more aware of our daily to do lists, emails, status updates, and more on a 24/7 basis. While technology may be one culprit, are there things technology and apps can do to help us de-stress? If 2015 was the year of the phrase "Netflix and chill" will 2016 be the year we turn to our self help apps to wind down and chill?
